You said you have contacted the US distributor, does it mean you haven't contacted Access directly? I bet if you send e-mail directly to Access, you'll get a response in no time. Distributors and music stores are masters in ignoring the customers after the payment.

I know what you mean but I did state in my message that I sent access 3 emails...one thru their web based email system and 2 thru a direct email...

thats 3 and no reply...I find that weird as hell, I mean a reply is at least what id expect of just acknowledgment that they received my message.

any suggestions?

regular bellsouth.net email is that getting bounced back?
