Hi, welcome.
By 1/2 ton, you mean 1 semitone? (1/12th of an octave?) 'Pitch' is used for semitones, but if you need something smaller you need to modulate 'Detune'. So Osc3detune, not Osc3pitch. 'Detune' gives you a range of approximately ±50 cents at each extremity.

Well... After different tests with a tuner at the output :
Modulating by a value of 1 in the mod matrix : LFO to coarse pitch ! no less than +- 1 semitone LFO to detune : no more than half a semitone ! I can never modulate the oscillator just 1 semitone !
