I would highly recommend returning it and getting it replaced. I have a TI 2 61-keys and had never had hardware issues. Wiggling the nob just to get left bank going, hell no. Return and get another one.

I agree that board may have well been faulty. But the 15 note polyphony on the init patch? Yes and access was trying to tell me plugging the virus and daw into an external mixer would solve latency of analog outs with vc??? Really? So a mixer can now mend the laws of physics.

But 3000 dollars for a great sounding keyboard with non endless encoders, a glitchy vst USB solution, was just too much to spend on a board that is to be used the traditional way. Not to mention who told them to disable midi when using the USB feature???
