I had a massive problem with mine, same as what you mentioned. i had to change the asio setting. the right sound card option wasnt selected. cant go to much into it. cos I don't really know.

sometimes when i first boot up i have to select the other sound card and apply then reselect the correct setting to reset it. this is cubase though, nothing to do with a fault with the virus.

512 is high. I never go over 256, and am usually parked at 128.

Still running totally pop/crash free here with this OS. I think this one is a keeper for shizzzz.

In logic there's an option to change the process buffer range in the audio options (not on about buffer size in terms of samples), there should be three options small, medium and large. Try with all sizes including the small one, let us know if this works.

Process buffer range should be set to Small, always.

Have you tried using a different DAW to see if its just a setting inside your own DAW, I think ableton has a full version 1 month trial. I feel for you because the VC is what skyrockets the virus into a league of its own.

I have been using the TI as my only audio interface for both audio and midi, and with VC, and it all works flawlessly. I have a unibody MacBook Pro running 10.5.6, Virus OS 2.7.5, and Ableton Live 7.15.

Mr. Ninja.

Give 3.0.2.02 a spin. It has much mojo.
