did you ever write into access support? if so, please PM me with the issue #. i know that we had a similar problem some time ago with the rest of the TI family and we fixed it. i wasn't aware that it still happens with the snow.

I have had the hardware LED problem as well since I bought the unit last summer. My Tranpose +2 LED is constantly lid and was like this right out of the box, boo.
