ok !!!
after trouble shooting a couple of more waisted hours i have a solotion 1 uninstall virus from add and remove programs 2 delete all files on your machine related to virus 3 reboot 4 clean registry 5 disk cleanup 6 defrag 7 install virus version 1 8 install virus version 1.06 9 install virus version 1.24 10 install virus version 203 11 install virus 205 12 install virus version 2.748 works perfect now and os 3 is gone forever !!!! it takes alot of time but it works !!! so sit back relax and take it step by step cheers
