My friend once visited Middle East and he generally ate only humus there. At the end of the trip he decided to not touch humus ever again. Hoho.

well ... it can glue the belly and get stuck, if you eat too much of it (or with too less olive oil).

i just remember the words: "... this should last a family for a week and you have eaten it all in one day ..."
and about a week later then: "... did you bring gas to kill the rest of of us?!"
(was kinda joke about me being a german and it really was thaaat bad)

meanwhile i even got me a professional blender to produce my very own humus.
