i guess the <STORE> button is probably stuck - so it behaves like pressing it, when switching the power on.

is just the question if it's mechanical stuck or electronical ...

... in first case you could gently lift it up by grabbing it from both sides with something thin and pointed (e.g. 2 blades, 2 screwdrivers, ...)

... in second case you would need to exchange the microswitch underneath.

Hi Guys.

Thanks for all your help. Having spoken with the guys at access it seems most likely to be a hardware problem. My mate is in contact with access's service center in Germany (Synthesizer Repairs), so hopefully they'll be able to sort something out with it.

My mate had a power cut while he was on holiday (before he lent me the virus), and he thinks it may have had a power surge.

Just one last question on the subject. Is Synthesizer Repairs the only place to send it, or is there somewhere in the UK who can fix it?
