This sounds like a filtered vibraphone to me, nothing like an organ. It's a really simple percussive sound.
Should be achievable by a mix of triangle and square wave together with some filter/eq.
I'm certain there's no use of the Virus' wavetable features required.
The Virus is definitely able to perfectly recreate this sound.

Maybe I'll try to reproduce this sound with my TI Desktop later...

What you need, Sir, is the infamous (Korg) M1 organ sample. (Same one as used in Kylie's "Can't Get You Outta My Head"), and then tweaking the amp ADSR as needed.

Failing that:- Single oscillator = Square (or use one of the PCMs, there are a few organ-esque ones in there). Fast amp attack, medium decay, no sustain. Crank up the resonance, add distortion as an effect. Bring down the cutoff frequency until it bites and creates that unmistakable "tone". Then set up Key Follow for your filter cutoff, so that resonant tone follows you around like a bad smell.

Add a little tempo sync'd delay, if desired.

Bravo.
