OVM, if you are going to 80 proof this effort, keep it simple.
1 Large Watermelon
+
1 Hole in top of Watermelon
+
1 Bottle Bacardi 80 Proof Rum
+
Put it in the Refrigerator for 1 Day
+
1 Knife for Slicing

Nice recipes lads, thanks.
Yes, the OVM's body is (a rather too large) temple and it's time to cut down the congregation.
Think I'll get me a decent blender today.
And a swimming pool in order to enjoy Alex's recipe.
Steven, I am no longer a Pom. I am a citizen of the world. Unlike you who shall always be an uncouth ozzy grizzler. Thank you.
Lorenzo. Thanks for that. Actually, this was inspired by getting some fruit into the kids. Erm.. Wait. That sounds, err.. But, yes, it's the beer consumption that has to be curbed. Not adverse to a bit of real booze, but the gassy fizzy beer stuff has to go. Yikes!

Take some Turkish youghurt and add in fruits, like banana, kiwi, pineapple, etc. Then add some lime juice and maybe some other fruit juices. Finally add vanilla sugar and/or ordinary sugar. Put the mixture in the blender and voilá.

No fruit or anything fancy, but lemonade with a large dollop of ice-cream floated on top is very refreshing. Froths up so is fun for the kids, along with using a straw for making lots of noise and a tall tea-spoon for scooping up the ice-cream. Dead simple.
Otherwise I love forest fruits or banana blended up with ice-cream, yogurt and milk. Had a jaw operation when I was 7yrs old and I lived on that stuff!

Tarkoitan juuri tuota ns. "partaäijäjogurttia". Taitaa olla tanskalaista. Sitä saa nykyään K-kaupoistakin. Se partaäijä on mielestäni ainoa oikea jogurtti, mitä kaupoista löytyy. Muut on jotain vedellä jatkettua lassia.
Loistavan makuista jogurttia! Onhan siinä vaatimattomat 10% rasvaa, joten sen on oltava hyvää.
