My sister who has two kids...18 and 16 now, says that if she had known how hard (money wise) it was to have kids she wouldn't have bothered.

I for one know that I wouldn't be sitting here in front of some luvverly (drools) synths if I had had kids.

Hell I'd be dead now with all the stress!

Well the biggest trouble is that we fathers just sit in front of our synth drowling. Never enough time to play with them as much as they deserve About drowling: While us fathers drowl at the sight of our synth, kids drowl IN them...

Mine are 12 and 9. They're great now. They can think and do things on their own and don't need me to teach them everything.

Just last week the little boy says to me "Dad, why can't I have a new cell phone with an mp3 player and 3 meg camera?"

"Son," I said to him. You're old enough to understand now that if you want such things, go and steal them for yourself. You're not old enough to get convicted."

Look on his face just said it all. Brilliant.
