Agreed, Doc, but somehow to me it seems like an incident like this requires more than a minimum punishment, you know? There must be consequences commensurate with the crime at hand; when there are not people (or corporations) keep doing bad things, like battering those who don't share their beliefs or dumping hospital waste into the Atlantic. Sue his silly ass for at least 800 euros +medical expenses, you'll get some cash and the twat will learn his lesson. Financial punishment is much stronger than physical in those cases.
I had a number of incidents with nazis and even couple of small fights but it never ended up in a hospital, not for me and not for the other side... Attacking from behind or surrounding a victim in a group of people it's their way to start fights, imbecile cowards.

I hope the idiot has to spend some quality time in prison with other lovely people such as himself. I don't know how Finnish prisons are like but in Sweden Prison's most Nazi-gangs/crews are considered pretty weak and therefor a suitable target for harrasment, violence and other fun things. The largest prisongangs in Sweden are the OG (Original Gangsters), FFL (Fucked for life). These gangs consists of kids from the suburbs with all types of nationalites (Sweden, Finland, Serbia, Russia, Somalia.. Well, you get the picture).

But as most people say; You gotta sue him for medical expenses. I do think Finland has the same "system" as Sweden, which means that a trip to the hospital cost around 140:- SEK (Which is about $23) and if you're unlucky and maybe needs to get operation, that would usually cost around 270:- SEK as you need to see an specialist and if you spent over 1080:- SEK / year on drugs/hospitalvisits it's free for the next 12 months.

Medical expenses alone would only make it equal. It would be like saying "it's ok for me to hit you, so long as I pay for your medical expenses", which is wrong. I say take him for everything you can get. Throw the book at him.

Really glad you're ok though. Concussion can be nasty, and it could easily have been worse. Hitting your head is no joke.
