We watched an documentary about the moon since Nova loves the moon and wants by a homebuilt spacerocket travel there someday. It was about the first man on the moon and Nova was all over the place that it was humans on the moon and she said that she really wanted to travel there and eat cookies and drink tea with the man on the moon.

Later we watched some cartoon that was about the moon aswell and the moon was a gaint humanface and Nova started once again saying that we needed to go the moon and have cookies and tea with the man on the moon. And she has already packed her backpack with extra clothes, some toys as the man in the moon loves to play, plates, forks, spoons, cups and everything else that is needed for our small picnic on the moon.

Aye! They sure are honest but isn't all bad! Sure, Nova has done a few things that made both me and Ausa turn lobster-redish. We were in the store and a man with a large beard passed us by and Nova started to scream so everyone in the shop heard her; "SANTA CLAUS!!! NOVA HAS BEEN NICE I WANT PRESENTS!!!" and another time when we were in same store she saw a dark lady that looked that she was from India and Nova watched her for like 5 minutes before she started to laugh and screamed; "I WANNA PET THE MONKEY" all while making monkey-sounds "Oh", "Ah", "Uha-ahahaha" and jumping around in the store.. That was really akward for us.

My biggest problem will proberbly be dealing with other parrents when Thor teaches their kids all the "nasty" words since i don´t belive in "bad language". I´m not going to change my language when Thor is around just because some poeple think it "sounds bad". Why does it sound bad? Because someone (not me) decided that some words are good and some are bad. As long as he doesn´t talk racist or homofobic or anything hate-ish like that he can say fuck, shit, ass, etc. as much as he likes. I feel sick when amarican tv programs put "beeeps" in place of "fuck" and "shit" when everyone know they say it. You can´t say fuck but it´s ok that we teach you that Darwin was wrong and god is right and killing people ind the name of democracy is great. Fuck that... I talk to Thor the way i have always talked and i don´t give a shit about what other people think about that. If they can´t find any bigger problems than language i can´t really take them seriuos...
Anyway, in the kindergarden they actually say the danish word for "shit" or "crap" (lort) instead of "poo": "who made crap and needs to be changed?"

Terrible. There's nothing to be ashamed of. My kids say "I'm taking a shit."

It's a fucking "shit" or a "piss" in my house. Kids can say it nicely, too.

Onkel: Aye, i agree with you abit but as my foul language contains so much more than just "shit", "piss" and "damn" I usually control my language infront of Nova as I don't want her to sound like a pirate at the tender age of 3.

Even if pirates are great.

Speaking of Teletubbies, Nova has begun to love 'em and wants to see the two movies we got atleast 3-4 times / day. I've never liked Teletubbies and I won't be lovin' 'em anytime sooner either.. Where's the good cartoons/childrensprograms like "Thundercats", "He-Man", "TMNT", "Dinoriders", "Ren & Stimpy", "Ghostbusters", "The smurfs", "Transformers", "Ducktales", "Starzinger", "Cobra", "M.A.S.K", "Heathcliff", "Inspector Gadget", "Robotech".. just to name a few..
