If anyone of you has a bread machine, raise your hand and I'll come to beat you to death with your bread machine. Owning such a laughable piece of junk is a crime.
<raises hand....>

I'd better get ready then. I have a Panasonic bread machine and it's worth its weight in gold. Makes perfect dough for bread, pizza and pulla, though I never use the bake function. I'd rather have a Braun 1200w food processor though.

And, yes HC. I can vouch for Juho. He's a real country boy. Albeit a country boy that wears 4-inch studded platform boots.

I don't understand how those machines can make better dough. Maybe your hands don't get in dough, but that's not a reason to get silly electronics. I have once seen such a machine in action and I came up to a conclusion that it competes in the same league with electric motorised knife.

Food processor? That sounds like it creates some synthetic nutrition mass. Soylent green - It's my kind of people.

Too bad I didn't grow up in a farmer family. That would have been extreme country-boyism.

Therein lies much of the point. However, it's not just that your fingers don't get covered in sticky stuff, rather the machine can mix in far more water. That makes for a really good rise and top class results.

Smarty pants.

Glam country boy! Cool. At least that helps him reach the pedals of the tractor.

I have all my friends/family/contacts phone numbers dumped into a smartly formatted MS Excel spreadsheet. It prints front side/back side and I cut it out of a 8.5" x 11" piece of paper, and fold it into my wallet. In the event my cell phone dies, I am not without my critical information.

Fault tolerance is a good thing, bread machines...maybe not so much. Platform shoes? Well I guess that depends on who's wearing them. Definitley not for our own Mr. Lepisto.
