Why did the BBC report the collapse of WTC 7 a full 30 minutes before it happened?

I'll answer those two questions if you can explain why loads of debris from a 757 were found around the pentagon crash site if it was a cruise missile that hit it.

Also, why was WTC 7 even destroyed if this is a conspiracy? Surely that would just create more questions and suspicion than it not collapsing.
