Hello, no there seems to be alot of things on IRQ 10 and a couple of usb controllers on 5.Im not sure how you change the IRQ of things...

Its USB 2.0

I dont know wat a PCI bus latency is.

But Thanks anyway ppls.

Ill wait a few days and see what happens with this new card if it arrives from ebay
