I'm based in the UK and use these guys to host my website.
www.webintegrations.co.uk I've been with several webhosts and these guys outshine them all. Fair prices, virtually no downtime on their servers, 24/7 support, very helpful when i'm wanting advice or to carry out site upgrades etc... And their quite flexible with regards to bandwidth consumption and disk space usage. I run a forum/chat website which has a lot of audio/video streaming functionality. You can sign up for an account if you want to access the Media page or MP3 enabled chatroom to check it out.
