im guessing you havent even opened the manual ah?
anyway, just load up the midi file to your sequencer software,set it to the correct midi channel and play it in 50-60 bpm you will see the virus "thinking" and when its done it will ask you on what user bank would you like to store it, you choose A or B or.... and press the Store button.
