No. the offset is independent to the bpm setting. always @46ms.
but here is a really strange thing I`v just found out, Ben: the audio offset is actually more related to the actual Bars in Nuendo rather then the midi notes themselves!! i.e: if the arp notes are far enough from the the bar positions in the song, the export wave seems to be in sync with the midi notes... what can you make of this?!... 8O Best, midi.
