but it was this particular issue that Access couldn't reproduce and claimed was totally unnormal (their words), hence suggesting I had unique problems and should send the unit back.
The other issues, such as exploding noise, sluggish timing and being unable to use it with the EMI 2|6 sounds like it's more related to the Virus Control s/w, rather than the keyboard itself. hmmm - I don't know what to think now...
