To reset the TI unplug the power cord, press and hold [ARP EDIT] and plug the power cord in, when BPM and the Access LED in the Mixer section are blinking, release the [ARP EDIT] button.

If this happened after a failed OS update, you might boot the TI into "update mode" which is by holding [EXIT] during a powercycle and run the firmware updater afterwards.
