In every release there is a readme file which contents is also displayed BEFORE installation. The changelist is always available in there

Any newer installation does automatically uninstall the previous one, leaving the patch / cache etc. files untouched.

Ecept it deletes the Tiesto soundbanks it accidently put in an earlier version.
