You can set the pitch range in the main edit menu, so pitch won't be effected, but I find it hard to believe that that, and also all the mod-matrix settings, for everypatch would be turned off. It would take alot of work doing this for everypatch
It's a weird one...... Like 303 said. Maybe an OS problem. Reinstall would be the first thing to try. If this doesn't (or does) work, let us know.
