Yes, it does:

The TCAU Wrapper in the version delivered with Virus Poco 1.0.4 had difficulties with Logic and Multiple Outs (Actually, just Logic had problems with Multi-Outs and Automation). There will be soon an update that solves this, besides of many other bugfixes (like the broken category browsing).

This will also cure your issue under Live. You just have to be patient a little bit :-)
