If every parameter is controlable by MIDI you could store your patches as a MIDI-file and play it back to the synth when you want that particular sound.

Hehe, i just bought a Sherman Filter Bank 2 and it has these sheets for copying and filling out in the last pages of the manual No memory = hard work
