A few questions for you.....
Does it get stuck when receiving midi note info from an external source - EG seperate controller keyboard or sequencer? What tempo did you send the new OS to the Virus? Are you sure it wasn't happening before the OS update? Really hope you get it sorted out. I did read about some people having trouble with the keyboards of KBs a while back. I think Juho had some trouble with one at some stage. Not sure if it was happening with the Indigo1s too though.
