MIDI is not audio. MIDI is just control signal. You'll have to connect the audio outputs to your soundcard to get sound out of Virus. I think you should take up some time to really study the basics, like MIDI, audio routing and sequencing in general. Internet provides endless resources for that. Loads and loads of tutorials and guides.
