As far as your apreggios go, u can enable recording on your midi track and play your four notes arpeg live. Hit stop, and you'll find the notes you played in the sequencer. Then you can do what u want with them... copy, paste, note length... And you can also open your sequencer and put your notes directly there without live recording. Thats what i do since i am not a big keyb player
