Very likely not. I'm not even sure is that burning even possible on modern LCD's. Homever to get your screen burned you'll have to keep the device on for a really long time with same image on the display. I kept my Virus on for quite long days and there were no sings of screen burns.

What I mean by keeping on your equipment is that you keep them on for a day, not a 7/24. For example when you start doing something with your gear you power it up and keep them on even if you wouldn't use them and turn them off in the evening. And computer can be on for 24/7, since hard disks and other mechanical equipment are on quite big stress on startup.
