Back at work again today
Bah. Teachers don't get long enough holidays.
It was nice to see so many of my students actually turned up once again for the new term. Been teaching this group for 3½ years now. "The Faithful Fourteen" are always good for a laugh (and decent Christmas prezzies). Tonight we were talking about how it's cheaper to buy a new DVD player or even dishwasher than it is to have the fucker repaired. Is it any coincidence that the word "mended" is pronounced "men-did"? Exactly. So next time she dings the car, you can tell your mates "The car's been woman-did." Erm.. So, anyway. What do you do for a living? I know Jase is an international arms and drugs smuggler.
