Default Sushi

man, I just can't stop eating this stuff. There is a little sushi restaurant about a 2 minute walk from my apartment. I'm starting to go there so much that the waitresses are now greeting me with " . . . you want the usual?"

I love the stuff too! I know some bloody amazing places for it here.

Take a look at this as well. Damn funny (even more so if you have a little bit of Japanese).

Sushi rocks.
At first I was a bit reluctant but now I'm totally addicted.

I gotta try to do some home made ones one day...Only thing tho is I guess to make it really worth it you have to be quite a few people otherwise it's hard to get a lot of variety.

I love sushi, however in Sweden we call everything sushi aslong as it's is made of rice, seaweed and salmon and the salmon doesn't even have to be raw, most people like to use smoked salmon in Sweden since "it's dangerous to eat raw fish". It's insane!

I remember the first time I tried sushi and sat in the restaurant and thinking; What the hell is wrong with people, this tastes like.. crap!

but I loved the miso soup so I returned two weeks later and they wouldn't sell me any miso-soup only so I had to order sushi again and then I was hooked on it.
