Default Paradise Imperfect (VirusTI+Radias+Monomachine)

This is a new little song facilitating my recently-purchased Korg Radias. It's a short song and, as the title suggests, it's not perfect. This turned out a little jazzier than planned thanks to the cute EP on the Radias. The majority of the noise comes from an Access Virus TI, and there's some more-or-less subtle use of the Monomachine as well. I also wanted to try and live with my errors on the keyboard, not doing any retakes... so if something sounds like a nervous guy improvising on a keyboard, that's what caused it.

Anyway, tell me what you think. I hope nobody goes deaf because of it

I can see this being played at a down tempo club. Very cool Toumal.

Toumal, that' cool stuff. If you don't live in Atlanta you should drop a few gigs there, they would freak out over that track. Every club I've ever been in while hanging out in Atlanta plays down tempo stuff, really cool and meloow and has some hip-hop/urban kind of club boogie stuff thrown in with it. Nice job Bro.

Thanks guys, I appreciate that you're trying to be nice
Frankly, I'm a wuss. I know for sure that I'd screw up trying to play live. The average youtube synth goon can play the keyboards better than I do. In that sense, Sequencing really is the big equalizer, just like the Colt .45

Anyway, if I ever get to Atlanta I'll give a yell. I'm on the other side of the pond though... :P

Fuck yeah sequencing is the great equalizer. I can play a piano about as well as a drunken ostrich, but if you let me hack out some chords and a melody in a sequencer my playing sounds as good as chimpanzee on LSD.

Keep up what you're doing, you're in a groove and will be able to put it all together in a way that pleases others (and hopefully you too), and I list in that order as musicians are far more critical of their work than others who are exposed to it. Fucking overly critical primadonnas aren't we? LOL!
