Happy Father's Day to all you Tweakers who are also Dads.

For those of you who are not Dad's yet, I encourage you to go find a nice, young girl who will put up with your synthesizer fanaticism (and help with the bills too) and get a bun in her oven, pronto!

Or, you can always adopt if you want, which is a very noble thing to do.

Fatherhood's great! It's a hell of a lot of work, and it's awfully expensive, but the rewards are immeasurable.

I am I the only one that has a realistic take on kids? They are hell on earth, and anyone that tells you otherwise is not home enough.

There is a thing in Japan called "tanshinfunin". This basically means that dad goes to another town, earns the money, while Mum remains at home and looks after the kids. Before having kids I thought that the man who does suich a thing is such a bad Dad, but now I think good on him. Wish I was there!

Fuck father's day. Why celebrate the castration of a human male?

Edit: I just realised that on my avatar Zeus is devouring his children. Now that's something manly to do! Usually when people find out I don't eat red meat they ask what do I eat then. I answer that I don't eat dead things unless they come from water like seafood and drowned children.

Kids: The first 2 years of their life you try to teach them to walk and talk.....the next 16 years you try to make them shut up and sit down...

Still kids are great some of the time and pure hell the rest of the time. Maybe that´s the reason why you only take photos of the kids when they play and are happy. No need for bad memories later in life when you and your wife sit crying with the photo album because the kids have run away from home after stealing your beer, money and car

My sister who has two kids...18 and 16 now, says that if she had known how hard (money wise) it was to have kids she wouldn't have bothered.

I for one know that I wouldn't be sitting here in front of some luvverly (drools) synths if I had had kids.

Hell I'd be dead now with all the stress!

Very interesting takes on fatherhood, gentlemen.

I worked my ass off on Father's Day. I got a steak dinner and a few mojitos at the end of it, but it was not all fun and games to get there.

My mother-in-law is coming to visit this coming weekend and I had to start re-building the disaster area (3/4 of my house).

Well the biggest trouble is that we fathers just sit in front of our synth drowling. Never enough time to play with them as much as they deserve About drowling: While us fathers drowl at the sight of our synth, kids drowl IN them...
