To me the A6 sounds superb,i don't see how anyone could be disappointed from it.

Exactly. IMO all the clips which DS posted sound good. Both synths sound different and imo it's very hard to make a decision which one is better. They both excel in different things. And it also matters what kind of music you want to make with the synth and what kind of sound character you prefer. I like both of them altough I have never even touched a JP8. A friend of mine just visited me and played a little with my A6. He was totally blown away by the sound.

Jupiter just sounds great great!!! MY opinion is that Andromeda can't come close to it... First time I listened to its sounds. JUST GREAT!!!!!!!!

whats wrong with just sounding different?

I wonder how alesis pulled off the A6 anyhow,
the stuff they are rebranding and making in china is pure crap.
