Default MYLO - Destroy Rock n Roll

Anybody had a chance to hear this???

From the few tracks I have heard on radio, this is fast becoming my pick for top 5 electronica albums this year (Prodigy in there somewhere).

I dont buy many CD's, but this is on it's way in the post......If you havent had the chance, check it out!!!!!

Jason

Edit: Check out "Drop the pressure"....very cool!

Why would anyone want to move to Melbourne from the northcoast????

I hear the music scene is thriving, but I dont think I could put up with all the cold, shitty weather......Melb. is really dreary, wet, and grey too. Not my cup of tea I guess.

Can you dispell the myths and rumours, or confirm them

so far - i'll confirm them.

but you are right about the music scene - its all happening here.
a good friend of mine runs a label here and i have a number of other friends involved in some great projects... exciting times really so i shouldnt complain.

i moved from the northcoast cause its stagnant and theres no work to be had. its a bubble that can become quite hard to break if you stay there too long

Album arrived today!

Like all albums, there are some very cool tracks, and also some not so cool. The album doesnt stick to one particular genre, but instead crosses boundaries and musical styles.

It is a cross between 'Royskopp' and 'The Avalanches' and 'Felix Da House Cat'........A very cool, electronica-pop album

Jasons rating~~~~~~ 7/10
