Default How to store SEQ settings in a multi bank?

For some reasons I cannot use the VC cause it usually ends with a cubase or Ti problem....
So I'd like to store the current settings done with the VC into a multi-mode prog so that I could use the Ti in stand alone. But I don't remember how to do...Been looking for hours on the forum cause I remember I read it in the past but haven't found it...
I remember the procedure relies on using the temp memory or something.

If anyone remembers the procedure it will be very heplfull!!!!
Thanks in advance.

BTW Another question : once the parts have been chosen in SEQ/VC mode, how to know what were the original sounds numbers? The Ti vc only displays the name of the single sound in every part but not the numbers (like RAM-A2?
