First of all : I cannot contact Access with the contact form...after filling in my details there's totally nothing happening when i click on 'continue'...

Next to that,i already registered long long time ago (i get the newsletter from Access every once in a while too) but i cannot login...so i try to register...but :

When i want to register,i can fill in my details but there's no button or anything visible to confirm details...it just keeps me in that big white screen with a lock on it...

I asked other people, some of them have the same problems...i'm using Internet Explorer as my browser...seems people using Firefox have no problem...but come on man,how stupid is this ? Does nobody test this shit before they put it online ? How hard is it to just use a standard contact-form or hey, something crazy, just put an e-mail address on the site in case this type of shit happens ?

Sorry for moaning so much in my first post on this forum...but it seems this is the only place where i can get any type of support since Access changed to 'Access denied' with their new site...

I had good experiences with Access support some years ago when i just had my TI...and even before that with my Virus A...but this is just ridiculous : no way to reach support at all,the only place i could find on the net is this site..even their Facebook page links to the same contact form, the one that is unusable for a lot of people...
just send an email to support@ ... and don't forget your system details (OS, browser version, etc etc)

best, marc

Marc, I couldn't get my hotmail or gmail accounts working, so I registered using my virus filled Yahoo id. I didn't get a confirmation mail (Mail Account's problem) I guess. Can't log in or make a new id, says my Virus is already registered : ( Joerg responded from customer support initially, but after that no answer. Can we just reset the entire website

I will do that,in fact i was already about to do that because i finally found the old support e-mail address in my old computer...

In the meanwhile, maybe it's useful to put a message on the website to tell other people that there are still problems with the site, plus info how to reach Access...

Regged on the first day, but can't log on now either.

The process of logging in to the forum just throws you back out unlogged. The actual homepage shows you logged in, but the forum refuses to recognise it, even after refreshing, clearing cookies, re-logging directly in, etc.

Yeah, it seems like the majority of the problems with the site arise when using IE. When I use firefox, I can log in and navigate without any issues.

I can't log in using Safari, Firefox or IE. All latest versions. I have to say I have never seen anything like it, ever! I registered with my TI S/N and it all went through ok but just cant login. Says wrong email address or password even though I request a new password, which goes to my email address and still cant login for days after that! Exactly what browser was this site designed to work with?

disco, get in touch with me privately. let's work on it, i'm sure we can find the reason. we've tested the site with all mayor browsers, only really old ones like IE5 (?) will not work well. for some content, you need flash and java script enabled.

did you reply to the email with the activation link?

best, marc

I'm sorry, but i refuse to believe that...the proof is in this thread and a lot of other posts on other forums...

The problem is not other people's browsers, but a bad scripted website...

"It takes a great man to admit to his mistakes"

Oh,and the official respons from Access : "Please try again using Firefox"...
