OS 3.0.1.12 Beta bug

i have Virus TI desktop, use it with Ableton 7.03. as VST, on Windows XP.
lock ARP is not working well. the arp pattern resets itself every time i change the patch although Arp section is locked. i used this option in previos versions and it worked fine.
