Question Ti Desktop Rack Mount Question.

Hello, i hope this is the right place to post this one.

I have the Ti Desktop, works great, but when rack mounting this synth, can it be mounted to 'any' rack type? I think im missing the long plate, i have the 2 brackets, but i'm under the impression that it can only be mounted horizontally (flat) and not vertically (upright) ...... i may be wrong! lol!

Thanks,

R.

Yes, only horizontally! in 19" rack.

I don't really get why you want it upright (vertical) mounted in your rack?

Cheers

Well, that's what i first thought, but the millisecond i posted this, it hit me straight away as to how to fit it, typical!

It looks like we're both wrong then on this, i have now fitted it perfectly vertically, and its fit like a glove. The reason it has to fit this way is room constraints, and the type of rack i have, ie .........

Thanks for the reply though, happy new year to you.

There are holes in the bottom of the TI if you want to flip the jacks to the back. But it involves opening your TI.
