Midi / virus settings, please help.

I'm new to the music making with external hardware and I can't get my setting to work.

I have:
Ableton Live 8
Virus C / Midi-in, Midi-out and Midi-thru
Midi keyboard / Midi-out
FA-101 (midi interface) / Midi-in and Midi-out

How must I connect this all together to get it to work properly?
