Tracerts and pings to the domain are good, which points to an extremely busy and I'd say overloaded (and oversold) oneandone shared server I reckon.

I was with oneand one for a few years before I outgrew it and my site became a tad larger. I am just over 10k off big-boards membership right now....

I now have a super-dooper dedicated server, and offer hosting services to my members (or anyone)
