Default TI 3.03/PC - Preset Selection Problem

I cannot for some reason arrow up/down when trying to select presets in PTLE v8 and the virus control plugin. My friend can do it on his mac with the same PT version. I just started using pro tools so I don't know if it worked in any previous versions of PT or the TI software. I've tried messing with all the keyboard focus modes and no luck. Any thoughts

might seem like a silly question, but did you double click on the patch first? you should be able to use the directional arrows after that.

Definitely, thanks for the reply. I emailed access, they are investigating. Are you using pro tools with no problem? If I could get a confirmation from someone using PTLE8 that it works properly on a PC that would really help. I used to use cubase sx and i would have to click the top of the plugin box if I navigated away from the Virus control panel, so I know it can be finicky.

Please if you can test it for me that would be great. I just loaded up sonar 8 and it doesn't work there either. I even check the little "keyboard" button which is supposed to give all keystrokes to the plugin. Anyone using the TI on a pc? I just wonder if it's my system or the virus control.

This is not working for me in Pro Tools M-Powered 8.0cs2 and Live 7.0.16 on XP Home SP3. It works just fine in Cubase 4.5.2 and 5.0.1, though, but I think that's because Cubase has a preference to allow key commands in plug-in windows (I'm currently trying to confirm that).
