choir sound? Timbaland...

Timbaland made this song with a big sample from a song by Jet but I've been wondering what synth is making the choir/chorus sound that starts at 0:38. I have a hunch that its a sound from the Virus TI and I'm getting one later the year so I hope it has this patch. I love the sound but what do you think? Is it from a Virus TI or is it from another synth?
