Default How do I back up my custom patches/ram's?

Hi

I am new here, I am sure this question has probably popped up may times,
I would appreciate it if someone who has done this before could just give me a quick overview of the process, I have 4 Rams of custom patches, I am working on a sizeable project and I have got into an obsessive spree of backing everything up after I lost a hard drive, it struck me that I have not backed up my custom patches and I need to do it asap, and have access to saved files so I can back them up in more than one location, so, any takers?

Thanks for your time

(I own a Polar mk1)

Paul
