Default No sound on the TI2 in SEQ mode

This problem birthed a few hours ago. Despite re-installing OSs 3.0.3 or 3.0.4, the problem persists. No sound comes out in SEQ mode from channels 1-16. The weird thing is it's good in Single and Multi modes. I use a Korg M3 and have been using this HW combination so I am sure there is nothing wrong with the M3 as when I play notes in SEQ, the note symbol appears at the lower right corner of the TI display so it's receiving midi data.

Anyone who has a suggestion? I have reported this to Access Support a while ago. Hay, when will my plight with this expensive gear end???This is very frustrating.

Have you tried a global reset by powering on with ARP EDIT held down?
