Assigning LFO Rate to Front Controllers TI Snow - The Unofficial Access Virus & Virus TI Forum

Hi, I would like to assign the lfo rates of lfo's 1 and 2 to the knobs on the front of the ti snow. I can find only the rate for lfo 3 in amongst the settings I can assign to each knob. Is this possible to do with the snow and if so how? Apologies if this seems a stupid question I am very new to synth sound designing.

I'll bump this up to the top. The reason I ask this is because my mate has virus B. He can do some really cool stuff with it by just taking a simple bass sound, altering resonance and cut off and also adjusting the rates of LFO's 1 and 2. Can anyone tell me if there's another way of doing this easily whilst playing live?

In case it is not possible to assign the lfo to the soft knobs you could send Midi control messages from your sequencer or use some hardware midi controller such as the Behringer B-Controlers.

Thanks for the help. I have just been reading about the Behringer B it seems perfect for the job. I get the impression it's fairly easy to assing the sliders and knobs to any parameter on my snow is that correct?

Go the Mod Matrix, assign one slot to Controller 3 -> LFO 1 Rate - set Amount accordingly.

Assign another slot to another controller, i.e. 9, and set it to adjust LFO2 Rate by a certain amount.

Then go to COMMON EDIT and assign Soft Knobs 1 and 2 to Controller 3 and 9 respectively.

Re the Behringer B, from memory it is not too bad to program them but had some weirdness about it. Mind you I last programmed one years ago and a new version might be available.
