Default Virus forum remix contest

Well......here it is.

Havent spent too much time on it (Like, maybe 12 hours in total) so hope you are not expecting too much.

It is quite minimal, too long and not enough changes, but, I dunno, I kinda like it.

An 80's style electronica crossed with nasty breaks about sums it up....

So, anyone else?

Only wanna be a Bootleg

hehe funny track. Sounds like you've run a few sounds through your analog desk!

Nothing too fancy here...

Everything in the digital domain, except of course recording the synth outputs, which go from my Mackie mixer to MOTU soundcard.

Drums were done in Reason (Shut up HC!!!)

B-Line is, of course, the Virus (RackXL)

There are some strings in there, courtesy of my Motif Rack

Ummm......Oh yeah, everything done in Cubase SX2/Reason 2.5, and a quick mastering in TC Works SparkXL (Multi-band stylee!)

And yeah, no hidden analogue goodness...sorry DS

Shit I had forgoten about this. I'll have to get on it!

I don't mind it at all actually Jase. The "with you - with you" parts are cool. I like that bass sound too - one of yours?

If you speed it up a little it would take off I rekon.

Nice job (specially considering the source material). Hehehe.

Hey where is Juho's? He said something about his being on the board too, but I can't find it. Please let me know soon, because I'm not gunna be on the cable internet for almost a week after today.

Cheers! No, bass is just a preset, with small amount of EQ/Compression
