Default TI2 turning up & down parameters randomly...!!

I'm using my TI2 polar in my live setup in the middle of a fall tour in Denmark, and I'm having huge problems with my TI2.
For no obvious reasons it turns up or down different parameters.
Recently it's primarily been OSC 2 pithc which is turned down to -36 (always same value), or the cutoff filter that is turned all the way up.
I tried to change knob mode to snap instead of jump, and that helps somewhat with the OSC 2 pitch, but it worries me that I still get a message on the display that the Virus is trying to turn down the OSC 2 picht to -36 (but can't because of snap mode).
However, the cutoff filter still gets turned all the way up and this happens very frequently.
And when first it is open there is no way of turning it down againg, no matter how much I dial the cutoff filter knob.
All I can do is to change sound and change back to be able to control the filter!!
This is SO frustrating - at the last 2 shows I have an intro together with the guitarist and instead of a subtle filtered-down sound - I get a loud, screaming sound... Great...
I'm not hooked up to anything except a mixer.
I would love to drop it off for repair, but I'm in the middle of a tour, going directly on another tour afterwards, so there's no time for that...
Really hope somebody can help!
Thanks

Try this, I have the Virus TI 2 61-key and I have this issue from time to time. I think the reason why this happens is because the patch that was saved was in between the transition of OSC pitches, like the knob was maybe really close to going into higher or lower pitch so even the slight vibration causes it to freak out. Sorry if this sounds confusing. Try this, change the value of pitch for that OSC then put it back again to the original setting you had it in then save the patch again. See if that works. I didn't really see it as a problem, or at least it went away when I tried that I think.
