Default Deep Trance Pads. Which bank has them? Where can I get them?

Hi,

I am disappointed as to the pads the Virus TI patches offer. Does anybody know where can I get some really good deep steady trance pads? I don't want pads that warble etc. Just steady deep trance pads... The ones so common in trance music...

Any help would immensely appreciated!

Thank you!

Thats has to be one of the most ironic posts I have ever seen here

It just that alot of the pads you probably here in trance tracks were probably done on a virus (or a JP series), and many of them probably model B/C presets maybe with some tweeking.

It might be worth downloading the various soundbanks from the Access web site from both the TI section and the C sections. Among them are the rom banks from the Virus C. Alot of the really good patches from that lot are in the TI anyway.

Personally I think there are allready loads of excellent smooth non-fussy pads in the TI presets, and if not to your taste, maybe just toning down some of the modulation and fx might get you what you want.

Perhaps post some mp3 clips that have the kind of thing you are after - then maybe someone might be able to better point you in the right direction.

I think the TI is an awesome pad machine for very rich smooth pads. Ill tend to use a V-synth more for wierd and highly modulated pads.
