Default Screaming Powerful Leads

Hi, I wonder if anyone can tell me what to play around with to create a screaming lead that blasts in and blows people listening out of the room, also any tips or techniques you've picked up if you want to share them. Going to have a play around over the weekend myself and see what I can come up with anyway. Any helps appreciated though.

I know what I'm going to do now, take a choir like patch, add reverb, tiny bit of delay making the sound trail behind like a mouse cursor moving across a desktop and make it sinister and in your face somehow (this is where playing around comes in).

Tried to find one of those mammoth horns they have on those mile-long Canadian trains, but this cropped up first and seemed funnier.
